Each square represents one of the five phases of the “Blueprint” system.  There is no beginning and there is no end.  The participant may jump in and begin to work the system from any phase and operate from that phase as long as they choose before moving to the next phase.

Keeping this simple, begin with the Get a real estate investing education square. The participant attends one or more Nouveau Riche classes, workshops and/or studies from home via Nouveau Riche’s Internet video classes, DVDs, CDs or workbooks. 

Once the participant is empowered with the knowledge and skills to implement one (or several) of the twenty-plus real estate investing strategies Nouveau Riche teaches, they move on to the next square, Invest in real estate.

After practicing their newly acquired real estate investing skills in the real world, the student then advances to the next square in the “Blueprint”:  Share your college experience and investing successes – with friends, family, associates and even strangers.  If the participant has not yet engaged in the education, they can still share what they have learned about Nouveau Riche from their Independent Student Advisor (ISA) – as Affiliates of the company. 

Nouveau Riche compensates its students, ISAs and Affiliates in the next phase of the “Blueprint” with very generous referral fees for each person successfully referred to and registered in Nouveau Riche.  The referral fees are ample, enabling the student, ISA or Affiliate to move to the next phase and renew New Orleans’ Lower Ninth Ward community by donating a home to a family in need and simultaneously creating profit for themselves. 

The “Blueprint” system leaves its participants permanently empowered with an invaluable resource:  the knowledge and skills necessary to lead a financially stable – and satisfying – life through real estate investing and business ownership.
